An award winning cake designer, recipient of the National Pastry Conference Cake Concept of the Year, featured on HBO Max, Food Network, and KQED, Jamie’s work has appeared in publications like Brides, Style Me Pretty, Luxury Trending, and California Wedding Day. With experience working with brands like Neiman Marcus, Hermes, and Google, she is passionate in crafting bespoke cakes for all special occasions. With a deep love for how cakes bring people together in celebration, Jamie is dedicated to making every creation a memorable centerpiece. After a successful 20-year career in sales and marketing for prestigious beauty brands like Dior and Shiseido, Jamie discovered a new passion during one of the most challenging times of her life. While undergoing treatment for breast cancer and pregnant with her first daughter, she turned to cake decorating as a creative escape, crafting cakes for friends and family. This newfound love for cake design became a source of inspiration and healing.

Post-recovery, Jamie attended the San Francisco Baking Institute and translated her expertise in beauty, fashion and art into the world of high-end cake design, launching her own bespoke cake company in San Francisco. Her cakes are more than just desserts—they are edible works of art, celebrated for their artistic detail and creativity. Drawing on her background in the beauty and fashion industry and her passion for food, Jamie creates one-of-a-kind cakes that reflect both elegance and personal connection, for weddings and special events, celebrating life’s most meaningful moments with creations that are as unique as the people they’re made for.

In addition to providing breathtaking cakes for clients, Jamie recognized the profound positive effects cake decorating had on her mental health during her battle with cancer. Inspired by this experience, her company now partners with local organizations to promote the therapeutic benefits of cake decorating. By fostering creativity and offering a joyful, hands-on outlet, they create positive experiences for others going through challenging times, highlighting the powerful connection between creativity and emotional well-being.
